Vintage and second-hand stores became a popular indicator of how hip a city is. While places like London, Berlin, and New York are bursting with thrift stores and Vintage fashion on flea markets, others still have to live up to that vibe. Well, if you look at Vintage stores in Valencia, you won’t be disappointed, and if you believe my coolness indicator theory it is a great city for the cool kids and hipsters or just those who enjoy the vibes of a lively city.
So if you are into vintage shopping, or like I just like to roam around and look at old stuff then you will love the stores that popped up all over Valencia. I love going to vintage stores, also because I have vintage glasses addiction and are always looking for old men glasses and the ones my mum wore in the back 80ies. Other than glasses I never buy that much in them, but I still love going and see what they offer and how they are decorated. So that is why I created a list of my favorite vintage stores in Valencia.
La Vespa Roja
Blending in the narrow streets of El Carmen is one of the best-equipped Vintage stores in Valencia, la Vespa Roja. Especially if you look for clothes like used Levis jeans, leather jackets, and trendy vintage items. The owner also paired up with local brands like Andy Aton Sneakers to sell vintage inspired sneakers and more. My boyfriend got their shoes the last time we visited and he couldn’t be happier, they look like bowling shoes from the 50ies but have great quality and are from a local designer, so they also are a great souvenir from Valencia. The owner is a great guy who is fun to chat with and truly passionate about vintage fashion. He mainly sells items from the 70ies until today. He is also happy to make suggestions and available for tips. The store is quite big so there is a lot to discover. I got glasses here for 25€ which are like new.
You can find la Vespa Roja here: Carrer de la Bosseria, 6, 46001 València, Spain
Santo Spirito Vintage
This might be the most famous and trendiest of the vintage stores in Valencia. It looks like a well-designed American Apparel store and does not smell like a vintage store at all. They curate the items they sell with care, and they also sell a couple of their own designs like the Balencia shirt and other creations. If you look for funny shirts, vintage training jackets, jeans, and other hip vintage stuff, you will love the Santo Spirito Vintage store in Valencia. They also have a big selection of flashy sunglasses and feature prominent brands like Levis, Yves Saint Laurent, Dior or Diesels. So you see there is a bit for everyone. This place is also very instagrammable and just outside you can find great street art for your fashion blogger shots ;).

Flamingos Kilo Vintage
This fun vintage store is located in Ruzafa just next to a small bookstore and across the street from another classic vintage shop. It is your average vintage store, but it does not disappoint if you look for shirts, jackets, bags or shoes. It is a solid vintage store with new items every couple of days. Their range contains a lot of 90ies fashion and flashy clothes but also some highlights.
You can find Flamingos here: Calle Cádiz, 17, 46006 Valencia
Used
This second-hand store is also located in El Carmen and is excellent if you look for shirts or jewelry. It is sorted well, and it will be easy for you to find something without searching for it too long. The staff is friendly, and it is the classic vintage store that can provide you with vintage essentials from the 80ies and 90ies, but they sell items from other periods as well. Close by you will be able to find beautiful pieces of street art so make sure to wander around about when you visit the used Vintage store. It is very popular among locals and great if you look for a Hawaiian shirt for your next vacation.
You can find it here: Carrer de Pinzón, 1, Bajo, 46003 Valencia
Madame Mim
Vintage is spelled in all caps at Madame Mim. This vintage store in the bohemian quarter Ruzafa is a feast for the eyes. The owners are selective of what they display, and the store is beautifully decorated. Every corner is special, and there is a lot to discover here fr0om clothes to old phones, and my favorite corner is the suitcase filled with vintage glasses. Even if you are not into Vintage shopping you will love it here it is just inspiring to wander around. The owners also dress up in the vintage clothes, and she blends right in with all the items around. The prices are also fair. The glasses range from 10 to 50 Euros, most of them are 20€ and in great shape.
You can find the store here: Carrer de Puerto Rico, 30, 46006 Valencia,
Clot Vintage
Clot Vintage is not too far from la Vespa Roja and great for shoes and bag hunters. They sell a lot of lovely leather bags and a big selection of shoes. If you are hunting used Dr. Martens boots or shoes, you have a great chance to find them here. They also have a good selection of sweaters and other items. It is one of the biggest second-hand stores in Valencia and worth checking it out if you look for bargains.
You can find Clots vintage here: Clot Vintage, Carrer de Quart, 2, Valencia,
Trinity Vintage
This is another one of my favorites. It is very close to the Ruzafa market and very well sorted as well. No stuffy smell and the dressing rooms are decorated nicely. They have a lot of offers like a one Euro box or a big suitcase of scarfs for cheap. I love the armchair and old globe in the back as well and that they display local graphic novels and magazines. So a very locally abroad vintage store. You can find a variety of items here and everything from high fashion to bargains. I bought a skirt here that looks and smelled like new and has fantastic quality.
You can find Trinity Vintage here: Carrer de Francesc Sempere, 10, 46006 Valencia
Sabotage
This vintage shop is home to a lot of unique items and fewer clothes. They have furniture, mirrors, elements from several decades, contemporary art from local artists and a huge selection of vintage boxes. And most importantly glasses for just 10€. It is excellent even if you just want to look around. The shop is also located in El Carmen so you can just combine it with a visit of other vintage stores in the area. Sabotage is also an art gallery, I love this unique mix. You should definitely check it out.
You can find Sabotage here: 46001 València, Spain Carrer de la Puríssima, 5,
There are many other vintage stores in Valencia, like Señora Handerson or Needles and Pins with great jewelry bargains, Petti Coat for a trip back to the 50ies and many others, also if you look for furniture and decor items, like Ruzafa Vintage. If you love checking out Vintage stores while traveling Valencia provides and you won’t be disappointed. Just remember that most of them open from 10 am to 2 pm and then again from 5 pm until 9 pm.
Have fun and hopefully you’ll find something unique. I would love to see your finds, so feel free to send them or tag me on Instagram.
